At Revtur, we provide a number of services in the metal industry. Almost all of what we do here is done manually instead of automatic machines. Our team has certified training and lots of experience to ensure that all products (whether cut, ground, welded, or drilled) are done with attention to detail. With over 50 years of learning, we are able to maintain tight tolerances with fixturing and arc welding techniques that only come with the knowledge we have gained over the years.
PRECISION CUTTING, GRINDING, & WELDING
Attention to Detail
We have several types of equipment to make certain cuts, clean material, and prepare each piece for welding or fixturing. This equipment includes a band saw, handheld grinders, belt sanders, grinding stands, pneumatic equipment, and various electric tools. When it comes to welding, we have two processes that we mainly use. We are all trained for GMAW and GTAW work. Our state of the art machines can be used on any type of thicknesses, higher strength alloys, and any type of fitments. As for our TIG work, you won't find better quality elsewhere. FIXTURING
Customer Focused
A majority of the companies that we do work for have government contracts and the jobs require special fixturing. This keeps tight tolerances and heat distortion to a minimum.
Some jobs have fixtures provided to us and some require us to find our own method of fixturing. Even our work that is not supplied to the government is always fixtured correctly to follow the specifications of the drawings.
